Obituary: Marcus O. 'Duke' Bauder Jr., 82, of Lower Saucon

Marcus O. "Duke" Bauder Jr., 82, of Lower Saucon Township died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Virginia H. (Kichline) Bauder who died Aug. 8, 2009. He was born in Hellertown on Dec. 10, 1929 to the late Marcus O. Bauder and Naomi (Mengel). Duke sold auto parts and managed the Perkasie and Quakertown Auto Parts Store (NAPA) for 35 years until retiring. He also worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. as a machinist for nine years.

Survivors:

Sons: Alan D. and Mark G., both at home; granddaughter: Victoria L.; brother: Donald (Lillian) of West Bloomfield, Mich. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard.
