Obituary: Elizabeth J. (Yeager) Kost, 81, Formerly of Hellertown

Elizabeth J. (Yeager) Kost, 81, of St. Pete Beach, Fla., and formerly of Second Avenue, Hellertown, died Sunday, April 1, 2012 at her home. She was the wife of John Kost. She was born in Hellertown on June 18, 1930 to the late John P. and Pearl I. (Wernner) Yeager. Betty worked at Champion of Toledo, Ohio for one-and-a-half years until retiring, and previously worked for the former Hellertown Manufacturing for 28 1/2 years. She was a member of .

Survivors:

In addition to her loving husband of 51 years; son: William J. Jacobs of St. Pete Beach, Fla. She was predeceased by her sister, Florence Strock.

Service:

Family and friends are invited to call from 1 to 2pm Thursday, April 5, 2012, at First U.C.C., 501 Northampton St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 2pm.
