Obituary: Eleanor V. Brown, 92, Formerly of Hellertown

Eleanor V. Brown, 92, of the Phoebe Home, Allentown, and formerly of Hellertown, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Robert T. Brown Sr., who passed away July 27, 1995. She was born in Bethlehem on Jan. 17, 1921 to the late Clyde M. and Sarah (Wilhelm) Apple. She was a member of , and a past member of the former Bethlehem Steel Club and the 60+ Club of Hellertown. 

SURVIVORS

Loving son: Richard C. and his wife Cenzia of Emmaus; sisters: Margaret M. Steele of Milford, Del., Kathryn B. Stirling of Chicago, Ill.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son: Robert T.; and siblings: Walter, William A., Clyde M. Jr.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10am Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at Moyer Hall, Phoebe Home, 1925 W. Turner St., Allentown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 10am.
