MaryAnne Lueckenbach, 76, of Lower Saucon Township, died Saturday, March 16, 2013.

MaryAnne Lueckenbach, 76, of Lower Saucon Township, died Saturday, March 16, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of John "Jack" F. Lueckenbach. She was born in Cudahay, Wisc. on March 11, 1937 to the late Severin H. Phillips and Margaret (Czolnowski) Phillips. MaryAnne was a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Township, Spring Valley Sportsmen's Club Ladies Auxiliary, and the Beethoven Waldheim. MaryAnne passed her passion for gardening, music and faith to her children and grandchildren. Her love for children led her to become a preschool storyteller and an early child care educator. 

SURVIVORS

In addition to her loving husband of 54 years; children: William H. (Susan) of Hampstead, N.C., Donna L. (Paul) Shaffner of Orchard Park, N.Y., Anne M. (Lawrence) Lueckenbach-West of Williamstown, N.J., Laura L. (Henry) Wesolowski of Allentown, Dr. Sharon M. (Michael) Hibay of Center Valley, Catharine M. (Jack) Gaither of Hellertown, Cheryl M. (Col. Brian) Gibson of Harker Heights, Texas, Jacqueline M. (Shawn) Haupt of Allentown; siblings: Eileen (Dr. Kenneth) Stollenwerk, Rose Anne Parry, James (Getta), Betty Anne (Harry) Tubbin; sisters-in-law: Dorothy Phillips and Mars Phillips, all in Wisconsin; 18 grandchildren: Rebecca, Michael, Kevin, Nathaniel, Maggie, Eric, Jessie, Jack, Sammie, Andrew, Ethan, Jake, Seth, Hannah, Elijah, Noah, Josiah, Simon. She was predeceased by siblings: Robert and Jack.

SERVICE

The memorial service will be at noon, Saturday, March 23, 2013 at New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem. A time to greet the family will be held after the service. The Rev. Tricia A. McMackin will officiate the service. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.
