Harold B. Raymond, 76, of Bethlehem Twp. [Obituary]

Harold B. Raymond, 76, of Bethlehem Township died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Inpatient Hospice at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of Joan (Raub) Raymond. He was born in Pocatello, Idaho on Feb. 8, 1937 to the late Othell Raymond and Laura (Spackman) Jacobson. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Navy during peacetime. Harold worked at the former Bethlehem Steel as a crane operator for 33 years until retiring in 1997, and New Jersey Zinc Co., Friedensville for 7.5 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Miller Heights. Harold was an avid fisherman and hunter.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his loving wife of 55 years last Aug. 31; daughters: Joan E. Szemenyei of Bethlehem, Laura M. wife of William F. Gross of Bethlehem Township; sister: Maureen of Pocatello, Idaho; three grandchildren: Nikki Guidon, Josh and Alysia Brueningsen.
