Daniel Jay Baab Sr., 53, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013 in Lower Saucon Township.
Daniel Jay Baab Sr., 53, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013 in Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Debra A. (Reed) Baab. He was born in Fountain Hill on July 21, 1960 to Judy C. (Davis) Baab Smale of Bethlehem and the late Thomas W. Baab Sr. Dan worked as a mechanic, painter and pizza man in the Lehigh Valley. Dan was an avid fisherman and coached many youth in sports activities.

In addition to his loving wife of 25 years; mother; son: Daniel J. Baab Jr. and his fiancé Sarah J. England; grandson: Jayden Reed; siblings: Thomas (Donna) Baab Jr., Denise M. (Ronald A.) Vincenty, James E. (Bridget) Baab; father-in-law: Wilson W. Reed; mother-in-law: Janet R. (Diehl) Zeiner.

Calling hours will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The service will follow at 8 p.m. The interment will conclude services at 2 p.m. Monday at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
