Alice M. Kozak, of Hellertown, Dies at 77

Alice M. Kozak died Saturday, April 20, 2013.

Alice M. Kozak, 77, of Hellertown, died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of George Kozak Jr. She was born in Allentown on Sept. 6, 1935 to the late William and Irene Rose (Borman) Bocherer. Alice worked at the former Durkee's Famous Foods, Bethlehem as a line worker for many years until retiring. She was an avid bingo player.

SURVIVORS

In addition to her devoted husband of 61 years; children: Alan Kozak and his wife Cheryl A. of North Pole, Alaska, Kim M. wife of James R. Handy of Redmond, Wash., Karen Kozak-Lott wife of Kevin J. Lott of Hellertown; sister: Gladys I. wife of Thomas G. Tierney of Northampton; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers: Earl and Robert Peters, William and Clifford Bocherer.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 6 p.m. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
