Liquid Church of Morristown Finishes First Phase of Easter Outreach

Liquid Church, which gathers in Morristown, N.J. for Sunday services, just finished the first phase of its Easter Outreach campaign in , helping victims of Hurricane Sandy who have yet to fully recover from the storm's effects.

On Saturday morning, March 30, 294 volunteers went to Staten Island to help spruce up yards, plant grass and install flower beds for affected homes. While insurance is taking care of the interiors, Liquid Church volunteers focused on the exterior! The New Jersey-based Church group will continue to help homeowners restore their properties after Sandy.
