Where to Expect Road Work: Oct. 1-10, 2012

PennDOT has announced the following scheduled road work in Lower Saucon Township.

Monday, Oct. 1 - Saturday, Oct. 6

There will be various eastbound and westbound lane restrictions as work is performed by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission on I-78 between Rt. 611 and the New Jersey state line. Restrictions will be in place 24 hours a day.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes from 9am to 3pm on Durham Road, Williams Township, between Raubsville Road and the Bucks County line. There will be lane restrictions with flagging.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes from 9am to 3pm on Flint Hill Road, Lower Saucon Township, between Leithsville Road and the Bucks County line. There will be lane restrictions with flagging.

Thursday, Oct. 4

PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes on Bingen Road, Lower Saucon Township, between Black River Road and Hickory Hill Road. Expect lane restrictions with flagging between 9am and 3pm.

Friday, Oct. 5

PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes on Black River Road, Lower Saucon Township, between Bingen Road and Rt. 378. Expect lane restrictions with flagging between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

Monday, Oct. 9 - Tuesday, Oct. 10

A local PennDOT permittee will perform an environmental cleanup on I-78 between the Rt. 412 and Rt. 309/Rt.145 exits. This area includes part of the highway in Lower Saucon Township. There will be a lane restriction from 9am to 3pm, PennDOT said.

*The completion of all scheduled road work is dependent upon weather conditions.
