Police: Several Picnic Tables Stolen from Township Park

Lower Saucon Township police announced Tuesday that they are investigating the theft of several picnic tables from Town Hall Park.

It's not the right time of year for picknicking, but that didn't stop a band of thieves from removing several red picnic tables from , Lower Saucon Township police announced Tuesday.

According to a police department press release, the three picnic tables were stolen sometime between 4pm on Dec. 12 and 6am on Dec. 13.

Police gave the following description of the suspects:

"The actors are white males, (in their) late teens (or) early 20s. They were seen operating a black Chevy pickup, a blue or faded green Dodge (caravan) and an unknown (type of) pickup."

Anyone with information regarding the theft of the picnic tables is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Police Department at 610-317-6110.
