Dogs Off Leash 'Attacked' Man on Bike, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say a resident has been cited for a PA dog law violation.

A Lower Saucon man was cited after police say his dogs "attacked" a man on a bicycle.

In a news release, township police said Mark S. Ozimek, of the 2500 block of Redington Road, "had his dogs off of a leash" when they went into the roadway in front of his home and attacked the man on the evening of June 15.

Police said Ozimek was cited for a violation of the Pennsylvania Dog Law (Confinement of Dogs).
