YogaMos Receives First-Ever 'Golden Broom Award'

The owners of YogaMos, a Main Street yoga studio, were presented with the Hellertown Borough Business Revitalization Program committee's first-ever Golden Broom award in recognition of their business's outstanding exterior appearance Friday.

Stephanie and Chris MoDavis are responsible for transforming a historic turn-of-the-century home at 410 Main St. into a warm and inviting space conducive for holding the yoga classes they lead.

They recently decorated the home's large front porch for the holidays, using fresh pine garland and white lights for a classical look in keeping with the home's traditional architecture.

YogaMos opened for business in the spring, and the MoDavises—who are also borough residents—said they have felt welcomed by the Hellertown business community.

For more information about the business, visit the YogaMos website or their Facebook page.
