Matey's Receives 'Best Cheesesteak' Recognition

In the latest issue of Lehigh Valley Style, Matey's Crossroads Hotel's cheesesteaks were named the best, as part of the magazine's 10th annual Decadent Dish awards.

In the latest issue of Lehigh Valley Style, Matey's Crossroads Hotel was named the best local place to enjoy a cheesesteak as part of the magazine's 10th annual Decadent Dish awards.

Matey's, which is located at 1443 Main St., has been a landmark restaurant in Hellertown since 1952.

Lehigh Valley Style, which is a lifestyle magazine, is available for purchase at local booksellers and retail establishments such as Giant.
