Viewfinder: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

The Saucon Valley Jaycees hosted their annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" April 2, and even invited Mr. Bunny to join them for--what else?--eggs.

There's an old song that goes, "Everybody loves some bunny sometimes..." (or something like that).

And bunny love was certainly felt in Hellertown April 2, when more than 100 guests packed the Dewey Fire Company social hall for the Saucon Valley Jaycees' annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" event.

Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links, ham and English muffins were served, along with juice, milk and coffee--all for just $5 per person/bunny.

After filling their bellies, children were invited to sit with the larger-than-life Easter Bunny for a photo. They were then treated to goodie bags filled with Easter-themed treats, as well as large coloring pads.

Raffles offered most children an opportunity to take even more home with them, including two "Hot Wheels" bikes.
