The Da Vinci Science Center's fourth annual Family New Year's Eve Party, presented by Walmart Stores, will pack more pop than ever – featuring performances by Philadelphia's famous Give & Take Jugglers, a new Countdown Celebration Food Court, valuable door prizes, savings to savor, and a show-stopping, balloon-dropping, bubble wrap-stomping grand finale.
