Where to Expect Road Work: Oct. 17-20

PennDOT has announced the following scheduled road work in the Saucon Valley area.

This week, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that the following road projects will be taking place in the local area (all projects are weather dependent):

  • On Oct. 17 PennDOT crews will perform shoulder work/widening on Water Street, Friedensville Road and Seidersville Road between Route 412 and Route 378. This work will affect portions of Hellertown, Bethlehem and Lower Saucon Township. Lane restrictions with flagging will be in place from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 18 PennDOT crews will perform shoulder work/widening on Bingen Road between Friedensville Road and Black River Road in Lower Saucon Township. Lane restrictions with flagging will be in place from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 19 PennDOT crews will perform shoulder work/widening on Black River Road between Bingen Road and Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township. Lane restrictions with flagging will be in place from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 20 PennDOT crews will perform shoulder work/widening on Route 412 between Polk Valley Road and the Bucks County line in Lower Saucon. Lane restrictions with flagging will be in place from 9am to 2pm.
