Where to Expect Road Work: Oct. 11-14

PennDOT has announced the following scheduled road work in the Saucon Valley area.

This week, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that the following road projects will be taking place in the local area (weather depending):

  • On Oct. 11 PennDOT maintenance forces will be paving parts of Route 412 in Lower Saucon Township between Polk Valley Road and the Bucks County line. Daytime lane restrictions with flagging will be in effect from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 11 PennDOT maintenance forces will be inspecting Water Street between Route 412 (Main Street) in Hellertown and Creek Road in Bethlehem. Lane restrictions may be in effect between 9am and 2pm.
  • On Oct. 11 PennDOT maintenance forces will be performing shoulder work/widening on Water Street/Friedensville Road/Seidersville Road between Route 412 in Hellertown and Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township. Daytime lane restrictions with flagging will be in effect between 9am and 2pm.
  • On Oct. 12 PennDOT maintenance forces will be performing shoulder work/widening on Bingen Road between Friedensville Road and Black River Road in Lower Saucon Township. Daytime lane restrictions with flagging will be in effect from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 13 PennDOT maintenance forces will be performing shoulder work/widening on Black River Road between Bingen Road and Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township. Daytime lane restrictions with flagging will be in effect from 9am to 2pm.
  • On Oct. 14 PennDOT maintenance forces will be performing shoulder work/widening on Route 412 between Polk Valley Road in Lower Saucon Township and the Bucks County line. Daytime lane restrictions with flagging will be in effect from 9am to 2pm.
