Nestled between the Saucon Creek and the Saucon Rail is Hellertown's Water Street Park, a favorite destination for recreation.

Not surprisingly located along Water Street, this lush recreation area is ideally situated between the Saucon Creek and the .

Among the park's numerous amenities are sand volleyball courts, a playground, a picnic pavilion and benches.

On Sundays, from May through November, the park hosts the , which features a variety of vendors selling everything from baked goods to fresh local produce.

Live entertainment is another draw, and now that the park has bicycle racks.

The farmers' market is open Sundays from 9am to 1pm, with ample parking available at the park.

On the other side of the creek from the park is the historic , which houses an art gallery and a gift shop. The homestead is open to visitors most Saturdays and Sundays, from 1 to 4pm.
