Sparky had a home but his owners could no longer care for him. He is friendly and energetic. He is only 15 pounds, so he is tiny. Said to be a bit of an escape artist, a fenced in, secure yard would be beneficial to him. He likes the car and tolerates other dogs. He likes to play with them but also have his own space. He is a great little lap dog. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Come see this little guy!
