New Springfield Township Bridge Under Construction
The new bridge will replace an old one-lane bridge that spans Cooks Creek near Moyer Road, between Hellertown and Springtown.
A new bridge on Rt. 412 in Springfield Township, Bucks County, is currently under construction.
The new bridge will replace an old one-lane bridge that spans Cooks Creek near Moyer Road, between Hellertown and Springtown.
Through traffic is being detoured around the work zone via Flint Hill Road while the bridge is closed, however local Lower Saucon Township businesses such as Bechdolt's Orchard and Brickote are open during the project.
The new bridge is expected to be completed in June 2014, according to a story published by PhillyBurbs.com.
