The eve nt is free and open to the public. \; The Plein Air Group of the Bet hlehem Palette Club are local artists that paint scenes of the Lehigh Va lley in the open air. They gather at various town and country locations on Wednesday mornings during the Spring\, Summer and Fall to paint from life.\nAuthor and local historian Lee Weidner will be present during the reception to sign copies of his latest book &ldquo\;Saucon Secrets\, Vo lume II\,&rdquo\; which will be available for purchase. His books includ e "Images of America: Hellertown" and "Saucon Secrets\, Volume I." A ret ired teacher\, Weidner continues to make his home in his native Hellerto wn.\nThe Heller Homestead Art Gallery and the Antiques and Collectibles Gift (Consignment) Shop are free and open to the public on most weekends and during special events from \;March 2 to Dec. 15\, 2013.
