 g the paintings of the Plein Air Group of the Bethlehem Palette Club wil
 l be hosted by the Saucon Valley Conservancy at the Heller Homestead on 
 Monday\, March 4\, 2013\, 7 to 9pm [Snow date: Tuesday\, March 5]. The e
 xhibit runs Saturday\, March 4 through Sunday\, April 21\, 2013. The eve
 nt is free and open to the public.&nbsp\; The Plein Air Group of the Bet
 hlehem Palette Club are local artists that paint scenes of the Lehigh Va
 lley in the open air. They gather at various town and country locations 
 on Wednesday mornings during the Spring\, Summer and Fall to paint from 
 life.\nAuthor and local historian Lee Weidner will be present during the
  reception to sign copies of his latest book &ldquo\;Saucon Secrets\, Vo
 lume II\,&rdquo\; which will be available for purchase. His books includ
 e "Images of America: Hellertown" and "Saucon Secrets\, Volume I." A ret
 ired teacher\, Weidner continues to make his home in his native Hellerto
 wn.\nThe Heller Homestead Art Gallery and the Antiques and Collectibles 
 Gift (Consignment) Shop are free and open to the public on most weekends
  and during special events from&nbsp\;March 2 to Dec. 15\, 2013. We are 
 closed most holiday weekends. Saturday and Sundays hours: 1 to 4pm (Sund
 ays\, 12 to 3pm\, May - November). Proceeds benefit the Saucon Valley Co
 nservancy\, Inc. Due to an unexpected circumstance\, the Art Gallery and

 ler Homestead is nestled along the western&nbsp\;banks of the beautiful 
 Saucon Creek at 1890 - 92 Friedensville Road (Water Street)\, in Lower S
 aucon Township\, Northampton County\, Pennsylvania. It is&nbsp\;approxim
 ately one half mile west of Route 412 and Water Street in Hellertown jus
 t off the&nbsp\;Saucon Rail Trail. Turn&nbsp\;west on Water Street\, whi
 ch becomes Friedensville Road in Lower Saucon Township. Go across the Wa
 ter Street Bridge.&nbsp\;The Heller Homestead is on the left\, adjacent 
 to the Saucon Creek and opposite Creek Road. Parking is&nbsp\;available
