The Saucon Valley Community Center's 6th annual Phyllis Schnaible-George Klotz Fishing Tournament will be held Saturday, April 28 (children's tournament) and Sunday, April 29, 2012 (adult tournament), from 8am to 2pm at the grist mill ponds on West Walnut Street in Hellertown. The cost to enter the tournament is $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Saucon Valley Community Center, Klotz's Bait & Tackle Shop or Mac's Hobby Hall, 721 Linden St., Bethlehem. More About Grist Mill Park
Grist Mill Park is a borough park adjacent to and surrounding the historic Wagner Grist Mill complex in Hellertown. The park is noteworthy for its expansive athletic fields, which are located on either side of West Walnut Street. The Saucon Creek forms the western boundary of this 13-acre park complex. Two ponds next to the 19th-century stone gristmill are popular fishing spots with many local residents.
