I don't think it matters 1 iota what anyone thinks a use for this building "should be" , other than the person who will plunk down their $ for it. But it is nice of you to give the current owner a little "exposure" and free marketing

With the recent misfortune of Youell's Oyster House, why not RE-USE a structure like this!? It's an older building, but that just attracts me more because I like the atmosphere of older buildings.

It actually was a fine restaurant, ten or fifteen years back, but went downhill fast under it's last owners. It will need a complete makeover to build it's image again. Probably too much of an expense.
