Some kind of private consulting business possibly. That intersection is so busy, maybe an accountant, or financial advisor. Something that does not require parking for more that two or three cars at a time and will limit traffic going in and out.

I'm inclined to agree with Mary Anne. However, while we're on the subject, what about the old Pathmark? Why hasn't Weis or Wegman's moved in? Or even Whole Foods Market or Trader Joe's? I'd even prefer one of the latter two, but one of the former would also do.
