Viewfinder: Tricked Out Ride

Rich Hanner's custom-built motorcycle was made to look like a fighter plane.

Recently spotted rolling down Schoenersville Road and filling up at the Sheetz gas station in Bethlehem were Rich Hanner of Hellertown and his custom-built motorcycle, which he made to look like an F-14 Tomcat fighter plane.

The ride is fun and resulted in spontaneous reactions from at least two other Sheetz patrons. However, it is also a tribute to those who serve in the U.S. Armed Services, especially Hanner's uncle, Joe Chipser, who served aboard the U.S.S. Lake Champlain, a retired Navy aircraft carrier.
