Police: Man Cited After Dogs Kill Neighbor's Cat
Lower Saucon Township police say Eric Steen's two dogs killed a neighbor's cat on March 30.
A township resident was cited March 30 for failing to confine his two dogs to his property, after they allegedly ventured onto a neighbor's property and killed the neighbor's cat, Lower Saucon Township police said in a press release Monday.
According to police, Eric Steen, 55, of the 1600 block of White Acre Drive, was cited under the Pennsylvania Dog Law.
Police said the cat was killed on a property in the 1600 block of Jean Lane early on the morning of March 30.

What a shame, but so often we see cats roaming freely, how do you confine a cat to your property without tying it up?

What kind of dogs were these? None of my grandogs or my current dog would kill another animal.
