A large bird such as the blue heron is no longer an uncommon sight along the Saucon Creek in Hellertown. This fine specimen was recently spotted behind H. Blinderman & Son.

Don't know if it's the same one, but I have seen A Blue Herron quite a few times lately. Makes me worry about people with Koi ponds!
