Man Cited for Alleged Firearms Ordinance Violation

Lower Saucon Township Police say Michael Kiefer, of the 4300 block of Lower Saucon Road, was cited for a township firearms ordinance violation Sept. 29.

 

A township man was cited for a firearms ordinance violation Sept. 29, Lower Saucon Township Police said Thursday in a press release.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Lower Saucon Road for a report of "shots fired" at 1:34pm.

Police said it was determined that the shooting was coming from the property of Michael Kiefer, 4310 Lower Saucon Road.

There, Kiefer and two other people were allegedly shooting pistols at a backstop that was insufficient to stop bullets from leaving Kiefer's property, according to authorities.
