Man Allegedly Stole Pickup, Left State With It
Lower Saucon Township Police say Mark Allen Duffy, 25, of Lehighton, stole a 1993 Ford Ranger from Estella Lupi of the 4200 block of Helms Road.
A Lehighton man has been charged with allegedly stealing a vehicle from a Lower Saucon resident, township police reported Monday.
In a press release, police said Estella Lupi, 48, of the 4200 block of Helms Road reported that her maroon 1993 Ford Ranger was stolen from her property.
Police said Lupi made the report on Nov. 7 at 4:43pm.
They said they subsequently determined that Mark Allen Duffy, 25, of the 2400 block of Mahoning Drive, Lehighton, Carbon County, had stolen the vehicle and left the state with it.
Police did not say whether or not Duffy has been apprehended since the theft was reported.
