Lower Saucon Road Home Ransacked, Police Say

A property at 4170 Lower Saucon Road was burglarized over the weekend, according to Lower Saucon Township police.

Lower Saucon Township Police announced late Sunday that they are investigating the ransacking of a home at 4170 Lower Saucon Road.

Police said in a press release that the property is owned by Alex Patullo, 65, of Eagle Lane, Lower Saucon.

On June 3, Patullo "reported to Lower Saucon Police that his property...was broken into over the last day or so," police said.

A window was broken in order to gain access to the building, they added.

According to a map, the home is adjacent to the former Woodland Hills Country Club, which is also owned by Patullo.

Last month neighbors of the club filed a lawsuit in an attempt to block Patullo's plan to convert the former clubhouse into a banquet facility.

Anyone with information related to the burglary is asked to contact Lower Saucon Township Police at 610-317-6110.
