IronPigs Contest: Ask a Question, Win a Hat!

Did you ever want to ask Domonic Brown how it felt when Phillies first baseman, Ryan Howard, called him the "total package?" Or what was going through Mike Zagurski's head the night he pitched after Brett Myers was placed on the disabled list? Or would you just like to know what Dave Herndon's favorite color is, how Drew Naylor likes living in America, or what Drew Carpenter's favorite food is? Well, now you can!

That's because Patch is sending me, The Brunette Lucy, along with a camera crew, to Coca-Cola Park on Thursday, May 26. Since we're all about our readers, we want to include you in this adventure by having you tell me what questions to ask which player. Bonus: because I'm not a sportswriter, you can ask just about any question (as long as it's family friendly). Of course, there are guidelines and rules (grumble, grumble), so Josh Popichak, the editor of Hellertown-Lower Saucon Patch, has listed them below. 

To sweeten the deal, everyone who asks a question and provides their name will be entered in a drawing to win one of two official IronPigs hats! First prize is an official IronPigs red baseball cap, and second prize is an official visor.

To ask a question, simply type it in the comment box below and hit "submit." That's all there is to it! We simply request that you ask one question at a time, and submit no more than one question per day.

So tell me what you want me to ask. I'm not shy! I'll ask as many questions as I can on camera, and we'll publish the video shortly after our trip. We can't guarantee that your question will be asked, but we'll sure try our best!

Contest Rules:

1. Entries in the form of questions posted to the comments section of this article will be accepted from the article posting date/time through 12:01am on Monday, May 23, 2011. Any question submitted after 12:01am May 23, 2011 will be ineligible.
2. Only questions posted to the comments section of this article and appearing in the comments section of this article at 12:01am on Monday, May 23, 2011 will be eligible. Only one question may be asked in each comment posted; comments that contain multiple questions will be ineligible. Questions deleted by those who posted them--either before or after the contest's conclusion--and questions of an inappropriate nature that have been removed from the comment thread will not be eligible.
3. Each individual may post a maximum of one question per day (midnight to midnight) until 12:01am on May 23, 2011. Any individual determined to have used duplicate names or e-mail addresses to enter the contest will automatically be disqualified from the contest. 
4. One first prize winner and one second prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winners will be selected and notified on or before May 31, 2011.
5. First prize is one official IronPigs baseball cap size medium-large (approximate retail value $24). Second prize is one official one-size-fits-all IronPigs visor (approximate retail value $18).
6. Participants must be age 18 or older and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia in order to be eligible.
7. An entry in the contest does not constitute a guarantee that the question submitted will be asked of the IronPigs player or players requested.
8. Each question should be addressed to an individual player.
9. We reserve the right to remove questions that are deemed offensive, vulgar, off-topic or spam.
