Drunken Man Punched Out Window, Hid in Tub: Police

Lower Saucon Township Police say Jayson Vierbuchen was intoxicated when he allegedly caused a ruckus at 1999 Leithsville Road.

 

An Upper Black Eddy man was drunk Feb. 21 when he punched the window out of another man's car and then hid in a tub inside an apartment at 1999 Leithsville Road, Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release.

Police said Jayson Vierbuchen, 20, of the 1200 block of Bridgeton Hill Road, hid "because he was intoxicated."

Officers were called to the address at 5:45 p.m. for a report of a fight. Upon arrival, they were told Vierbuchen had gone inside Apartment 1, police said.

Vierbuchen will be charged with criminal mischief, public drunkenness and underage drinking, according to police.

They added that he will also be charged with False ID to Law Enforcement for allegedly telling officers his name was "Brett Tomko" and that he was 21 years old.
