Dogs Run Loose, Owner to Be Cited, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say Marie G. Muschlitz, of Reading Drive, will be cited for confinement of dogs after her three dogs were found running loose on Brook Lane.

 

A township woman will be cited for Confinement of Dogs after her animals were found running loose in the 1800 block of Brook Lane March 4, Lower Saucon Township Police said in a press release.

Police identified the dogs' owner as Marie G. Muschlitz, 51, of the 1800 block of Reading Drive.

According to the release, officers arrived at the scene at 12:15 p.m. to find three dogs running loose. 

"This (was) the second time the dogs became loose off the owner's property within a four month time period," police said.
