Borough Seeks Owner of Lost Dog
The pup was found in the 1000 block of Northampton Street, Hellertown, over the weekend.
The Borough of Hellertown hopes to reunite a dog found in the 1000 block of Northampton Street over the weekend with its owner.
A photo of the small white dog with tan ears was posted on Hellertown Patch's Facebook page Monday morning.
Anyone who recognizes the dog or has information about it is asked to call the borough at 610-838-7041.
Pending reunification with their owners, stray dogs found in Hellertown are cared for by the Hellertown Police Department in kennels near the grist mill on Walnut Street.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not take this friendly little guy to the animal shelter yet! The police department gave me a photo, and it just warms our hearts. My husband is working middle shift, so we couldn't come and see him today (Monday).
I would REALLY appreciate if you gave me a call a.m. , or, I just come to the police station? THANKS SOOO MUCH! Pat O'Grady

I just stopped by Borough Hall to get an update and I'm happy to report that the missing pooch and owner have been successfully reunited!
