BMX Bikers Stole iPod, Tobacco, Police Say

Hellertown Police say three people riding BMX bikes and wearing backpacks stole an iPad Touch and chewing tobacco from a vehicle that was parked on Cedar Road Jan. 13.

 

Hellertown Police say they are investigating the theft of an iPod Touch and chewing tobacco from a vehicle that was parked in the 300 block of Cedar Road Jan. 13.

Police said the theft occurred between 3 and 4am.

In a news release, they added that it is believed to have been perpetrated by "three individuals traveling on BMX bikes, wearing backpacks."

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Hellertown Police Department at 610-838-7040.
